Tea is one of the most popular beverages in the world and has been considered as a medicinal plant due to its positive effects on human health. White tea as a tea contains a wide range of beneficial compounds, such as antioxidants, antimicrobials and anti-microbial compounds. Cancerous. The name of the white tea is based on the apparent properties of this tea because it is covered with white fluff. White tea, the least processed tea, is less studied and attributed to the highest content of phenolic compounds. Tea polyphenols, especially catechin derivatives, are potent antioxidant agents, with positive effects on human health. The white tea name is chosen because it has white and white leaves of snow and silver, white tea is reasonably priced because it has a hard and difficult process to process, white tea, like other types of tea, is a kind of tea made from tea herbs It is named after Camilla Senissi. White tea is a little bit of oxidized tea, which is mainly harvested in China. White tea comes from Chinese buds and leaves of Camellia sinensis.. This tea is not a kind of fermented tea. A study on white tea showed that this tea has the most anti-cancerous properties compared to processed tea. White Tea is the least processed form of tea, made only from buds and select leaves of the tea plant. The finest quality white tea, Silver Needle, is made only from unopened buds and gets it name from the fine silvery white hairs on the buds. Beautiful and pleasant tasting, white tea was a luxury available only to the emperor of China. Now it has become available all around the world, albeit at a higher price than other teas. White tea may refer to one of several styles of tea which generally feature young or minimally processed leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. Studies have shown that two to four cups of white tea per day yield great health benefits. Also, white tea can be resteeped to extract all the nutrients in it. In this paper, we will look at the studies conducted in this field.
