This study examines the influence of leadership styles on employee performance in the petrochemical industry. Using a descriptive-correlational methodology, data were collected from 220 employees through a validated questionnaire. The findings reveal that transformational leadership positively and significantly affects employee performance, while transactional leadership shows a moderate but significant impact. Laissez-faire leadership exhibited a negative and weak relationship with employee performance. The results emphasize the need for transformational leadership practices to enhance employee effectiveness, motivation, and organizational commitment.
