This descriptive study - correlation and study the impact of information technology on students' attitudes towards agricultural occupation was farming. The population of this research formed the Tehran University students, College of Agriculture and Natural Resources.(N=3143) that A total of 218 of them, for example by using sampling methods were selected with probability proportionate. The required data was collected using a questionnaire designed by the researchers, and were analyzed by SPSS software. Using factor analysis, eight factors in the development of higher education, improve the quality of education and employment, encouragement persuasion strategies, strategies for business support - political, improving and strengthening NGOs employment, professional development strategies employed in agriculture, improving the use of information technology in agriculture and agricultural industrialization strategies are that 65.83% of the variance in these eight strategies to improve students' attitudes towards agricultural jobs are estimated. Based on our findings, we can conclude that the mechanism of change in higher education is effective in improving students' attitude towards agricultural jobs.
