In this article, there have been studied social establishment principles in apartment complexes and also the elements that cause social establishment in apartment complexes have been resulted from experts view point and effectiveness rate of these elements on inhabitants of apartment complex have been studied.
Research method is descriptive and measurement that the information are collected by library’s studies interview and questionnaire setting and finally the importance value on social establishment has been characterized by data analyzes. Statistical population is Laleh Ardebil 197 units’ apartment complex that 40units of it have been selected as statistical sample. The result is: the construction of spaces for social instructions between inhabitants within apartment complex, the construction of play space for children, the construction of side spaces within units and being functional of residential spaces, the construction of regard sense to environment and framework of apartment, using various designs, neighbors homogeneity and the construction of relationship between them, cooperation, number and the quality of out side spaces such as parking and storage and the number of units in one block respectively are cases that have been less considered in designing apartment complexes.
