This study investigates the relationship between organizational vitality and knowledge sharing with organizational health among employees of Bank Mellat branches in Yazd. The research adopts a descriptive-correlational design. The statistical population consists of 237 employees, from whom 147 were selected using Cochran’s formula. Standardized questionnaires were employed, with validity coefficients of 0.922 for organizational vitality, 0.952 for knowledge sharing, and 0.900 for organizational health. Reliability coefficients (Cronbach’s alpha) were 0.917, 0.924, and 0.908, respectively. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 20 through correlation analysis and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. Findings revealed a significant positive relationship between organizational vitality and knowledge sharing with organizational health in the studied branches. These results highlight the importance of promoting vitality and knowledge exchange as key factors in enhancing organizational health.
