The present study aims to examine the relationship between psychological capital and servant leadership with readiness for change among managers of government offices in Kerman city. The research method is descriptive and correlational in nature. The statistical population includes all managers of government offices in Kerman (996 individuals), from whom 277 people were selected as a sample using Cochran’s formula. Standardized questionnaires were used, similar to those employed in previous studies. The validity coefficients of the organizational vitality, knowledge sharing, and organizational health questionnaires were 0.927, 0.939, and 0.918 respectively. In this study, Cronbach’s alpha coefficients for the questionnaires of psychological capital, servant leadership, and readiness for change were calculated as 0.952, 0.946, and 0.937 respectively. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 20, and the Pearson correlation coefficient was employed to test the hypotheses. The findings revealed a significant relationship between psychological capital and servant leadership with readiness for change among managers of government offices in Kerman city.
