During the past decades, the issue of the resulting increase in industrial production in some countries has led to increased levels of CO2 gas, which is one of the most important factors affecting global warming. One of the aims of this article is to introduce the countries with the highest MTCO2 gas production between 1970 and 2020. Therefore, this article addresses some of the questions about MTCO2 emissions and global governance. Disruption of global governance through the production of CO2 gas by some countries is one of the main factors that indirectly affect global warming. A review of global statistics shows that China, the United States, and India produced the highest levels of MTCO2 in the past decades.
