Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam. belongs to Ziziphora genus from Lamiaceae family. in order to evaluate the effect of BA and IBA on tissue culturing of Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam, it was conducted an experiment as factorial arrangement in completely randomized design by application of different concentrations of BAP and IBA including 0, 0.25, 0.5, 1 and 2 mg/L with four replications. The evaluated traits were stem and inter node length; leaf, node and shoot number; stem diameter; plant fresh weight. Based on the obtained results, the highest stem and the greatest leaf number was observed by interaction between IBA and BA; in application of 0.25 mg/L IBA + 0.25 mg/L BA. The highest number of node was observed in non-application of IBA and 1 mg/L BA. The greatest plant fresh weight by use of 0 mg/L IBA and 0.5 mg/L BA concentrations. The minimum percentage of multiplication was observed in application of 1 mg/L IBA + 0.5 mg/L BA.
