In order to find out the most effective growthfactors in retina tissue engineering, a systemsbiology study was performed. This studydemonstrates the importance and preview of the21 proteins that plays different roles in retinaregeneration. In fact, based on tissueEngineering’s three major components (cell,scaffold & growth factor), we have to know theexact role of each one. For any engineered tissuefabrication, these three parts is needed.In this work, a Gene Ontology analysis inaddition to a degree centrality analysis, show themost effective growth factors in Retina TissueEngineering.
